This Week in Photos | Long Island Family Photographer

We had fun hanging out with my parents this week. Unfortunately the weather turned very cold mid-week so we couldn't do as many outdoor activities as we would have liked.

On Monday we went over to Planting Fields Arboretum and walked around and had a picnic.

On Tuesday it snowed for the first time this season. It didn't stick, but it was nice to see those big snowflakes coming down for a few hours. A novelty to my parents who live in California!

Thursday was Lila's birthday. I took her to the playground for a little while. I love her new coat from Old Navy!

Lila got a lot of really great gifts for her birthday. She loves her new art easel.

We went out to lunch for her birthday at Grimaldi's with all the grandparents. Lila was a bit tired and ready for nap, but it was still fun.

My parents flew home on Thursday night and on Friday Lila and I went to music class and then took it easy for the rest of the day.

I worked all weekend while Lila hung out with her Nana and Danielle. Now we are getting back to our everyday routines and looking forward to Thanksgiving. Bring on the holidays!

Hope you all are enjoying your week!
