Friday Round-up | Long Island Family Photographer
We are still struggling through freezing temperatures here - it always gets harder to deal with after the holidays, for some reason. I am really missing all my walks with Lila, but its just too cold to be outside for any extended period of time, especially with a toddler. We are doing lots of fun indoor activities though - this week Lila discovered the wonders of Play Doh!
So here are a few good things I found on the internet this week while hunkering down for the winter!
I am so intrigued by these Brussels sprouts tacos!
I'm in love with this photo book that Elise put together of her maternity shoot and newborn shoot.
Speaking of photo books, this is another good one documenting this blogger's maternity shots.
I've gotten really lazy lately about using my Clarisonic, but this week I started using it again. I came across this post about how to clean the brush so you don't have to replace it quite so often.
I have plans to add a canopy over Lila's bed - here are some cute examples of canopies in kids' rooms.
I think I need to try these. I love me a good buffalo wing!
Top 13 photography tutorials in 2013 from Clickin' Moms. There are some good ones here!
A time-lapse of Times Square on New Year's. Yep, This is where I work. I'm not sad New Year's is over.
By mistake I discovered a keyboard shortcut on Flickr this week. I did a bit of research and it turns out there are quite a few shortcuts!
A good article about the 4th trimester. I especially liked reading about the postpartum period in other cultures.
I've been thinking about doing a blog post on productivity, and just yesterday I came across this old post on Elise Blaha Cripe's blog about how she tackles her "to do" list - it is very similar to my process!

Have a wonderful and warm weekend!
