What We Are Eating

All the recipes on my plan this week (with the exception of Lila's mac and cheese) are new-to-me, so I hope some are winners!  We are going through a SUPER picky phase with Lila right now - feeding a toddler is a most frustrating business! Hopefully she'll like some of what I have planned below.

Also, I spent some time yesterday coming up with a detailed plan for freezer meals that I want to make in advance of the new baby's arrival - I'll be sharing that plan soon!

Wednesday:
Slow Cooker Sweet Pork Barbacoa Tacos
Rice
Corn

Thursday:
Leftovers

Friday:
Sweet Potato Enchiladas (add chorizo)

Saturday/Sunday:
Leftovers/Eat Out

Monday:
Spicy Chicken Sausage Pasta and Greens

Lunches:
Baked Potatoes, Sandwiches.

Lila:
Fresh batch of Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese (1/2 recipe)

And...

HITS FROM THIS WEEK:
The Whole Wheat Irish Soda Bread Muffins were delicious and the Grilled Hawaiian Teriyaki Burgers were SO yummy - I ended up with ten burger patties from that recipe, so we have a bunch in the freezer for another day!
