What We Are Eating

Another week, another meal plan! Freezer meal prep is going really well. As much as I hate the extra time in the kitchen now, I know I will be thankful for it later.

Here is next week's plan:

NEXT WEEK'S MEAL PLAN:

Monday:
Store-bought Pizza Crust with Mozzarella, Gorgonzola Crumbles, Portabello Mushrooms. (Cook at 450 for 15 minutes, then add some fresh basil and Trader Joe's Balsamic Glaze).

Tuesday:
Leftovers/Eat Out

Wednesday:
One Pan Chicken Florentine Spaghetti

Thursday:
Fish Tacos
Cilantro Lime Rice

Friday:
Easy Baked Paleo Chicken Tenders
Baked Potatoes with Broccoli

Saturday/Sunday:
Leftovers/Eat Out

Monday:
Easy Sesame Chicken
Easy Fried Rice

Lila:
New batch of Mac and Cheese

Freezer Meal Prep:
BBQ Meatballs
BBQ Beef or Pork

And...

HITS FROM THIS WEEK:
The Bacon Fried Rice was awesome! (no, Lila didn't eat it) and the meatballs in the Grilled Turkey Meatball Subs were great - and Lila DID eat those - amazing! Also, the pizzas the week before (Tomato and Basil Pizza and Bacon and Pea Pizza) were both really yummy, but I think I overcooked them a bit. My oven tends to run hot and I am still trying to figure it out. I will definitely try making those pizzas again and I won't leave them in as long.
