This week's plan is an easy one. My motivation for cooking is dwindling and I am trying to stay on track with the freezer meal prep, so I'm keeping dinners as simple as possible.

And...

HITS FROM THIS WEEK:
Hmm...nothing really blew me away, to be honest. The One Pan Chicken Florentine Spaghetti was pretty good, but make sure you add more chicken broth than the recipe calls for. There wasn't enough liquid for the pasta to properly cook otherwise. I'm making the Fish Tacos tonight which I have heard are really good, so I'll keep you posted on that verdict!
