A Manhattan Morning | New York City Family Photographer

One of the aspects that I really love about being a family photographer is getting the opportunity to photograph the same families again and again. Creating a family legacy through photographs that can be passed on to your children, and then their children, is something I am so passionate about in my own life -  so nothing thrills me more when my clients place the same importance on regular photography sessions for their own families.

This was my third session with the Carmenini family - and I cannot believe how fast little Willa is growing. I have to share a photo from my first session with the family. Look how wee she was! Wee!

Our session this year took place on an amazingly gorgeous morning on the upper west side of Manhattan - perfect fall weather, and the colors of the leaves on the trees? So stunning. We had such an unusually warm September and October here in New York, that the leaves changed color much later this year - which worked out for us! We spent some time at the family's apartment, and then ventured out to Willa's backyard - Riverside Park - to check out those fall colors.

Here's the slideshow with the story of the morning.

If you are ready to start creating a legacy of photographs for your family, let's chat! I'd love to begin documenting your family's story.
