This Week in Photos | Long Island Family Documentary Photographer
It was such a good week! We did so many things, its hard to know where to start.
It was rainy at the beginning of the week. I got soaked one night walking back down to Penn Station, and I had to sit in wet jeans for an hour on the train. Not fun! It made for some good puddles the next day, though.
Our neighbors have this funny "tramp" statue in ther front yard. Lila loves to name all his parts: "nose", "eyes", "mouth", "hat".
A few shots of my pretty Tallulah:
On a walk earlier this week. First salted caramel hot chocolate of the season!
There's a little park by the train station. I always let Lila get out of the stroller and run around a bit.
Beautiful autumn light:
In the miscellaneous department: playing around with double exposure.
Lila had her 21 month well visit this week (at 22 months - oops!). She is now 33.5 inches tall, weighs 25.5 lbs, and has a giant head (95th percentile). Healthy kid!
Moments from home/the neighborhood:
On Thursday we went to Eisenhower Park to play at the playground.
Friday was Eric's birthday and he miraculously had the day off, so I took the day off, too. During the day , we went to Old Bethpage Village Restoration for the Long Island Fair, and then to lunch at Proust, a new German beers and brats place near where we live.
That night we went into the city and attended Eric's cousin Joe's gallery opening. After that we had dinner in Little Italy, where the San Gennaro Festival was taking place!
And then, of course, Sunday was the Broadway Flea Market. You can see all the photos in my last post. I think this one is my favorite from the day:
And that was the week! Hope you all had a good one, too.
