This Week in Photos | Long Island Family Photography
Plugging along through this never-ending winter!
Lila's art corner:
A sunshiney morning.
She loves to wrestle on our bed.
Out for a much-needed walk one morning.
Chasing her shadow.
Some wintertime sand table play.
Dreaming of days that are warm enough to make use of this kiddie pool!
Soaking up a few glorious rays.
Leaving the bubble juice outside in the cold did it some good. It is making a lot more bubbles now, for some reason. Even Lila is getting the hang of making bubbles!
A lonely hat.
Chopping strawberries for muffins.
And, the finished product.
I took a photo of my eye last week and it got 35,000 views on Flickr. That completely blows my mind. You know what else does? The fact that my Flickr account has now had over a million views. The power of social media!
Last week's Project Life spread:
I inherited this sewing machine from Eric's grandma. I still haven't used it yet. I wonder how old the bobbin thread is?
Play Doh has been a great winter activity. We got some new colors this week.
I bought Lila the flashcards that go with her Sight Words DVDs. She can read ALL of them. Blows my mind.
Lila has been pretty uninterested in her books for a while now, but in the past two weeks or so, I've caught her taking peeks at them again.
And that was our week!
