Snapshots of our Week | Long Island Documentary Family Photography
I've been a little MIA on the blogging front lately. I have so many grand plans for things I would like to do - and growing this blog with posts about all sorts of topics is high on the list, but at the moment there are only so many hours in the day, so it keeps getting pushed to the side. I hope to make time for it soon!
Last week was a strange blurry week. Both kids have stuffy noses and coughs. Lila stayed home on Monday to rest and then it snowed heavily on Wednesday so school was cancelled. There was also a snow delay on Thursday... so basically all week has been us hunkering down inside - which is why almost every single photo I took this week is of someone sitting on the couch!
The kids have been good at entertaining themselves, for the most part. I still have plenty of bickering to break up, but I was pretty proud of them for all the good play this week. I photographed an event on Friday night and had a meeting on Sunday. When I came home on Sunday afternoon, Eric had put both Lila and Logan to work cleaning the yards. All the leaves are bagged up!
Only three days of school this week and then spring break! Hoping for clear noses and warmer temps very soon!
